Earl Lewis Phillips, 82, of Pomeroy, OH, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 at Darst Adult Group Home, Pomeroy, OH.
Born at Logan WV. October 10, 1941, to the late Orville Lee Phillips and Lula Mae Greenhill Phillips.
Earl is survived by two brothers Virgle Phillips and Paul Phillips, two sisters June Mayes and Florence Couchie, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by three brothers Orville, Russell and Eugene Phillips.
Services are Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 2 pm at Birchfield Funeral Home, Rutland, OH, with Pastor Brenda Barnhart officiating. Burial to follow at Riggs Cemetery, Pomeroy, OH ( Paigeville ). Visitation is from 1 pm till time of services. Online condolences @birchfieldfuneralhome.com.
