Danny Ray Shamblin, 76, of Columbus, OH, west to be with his Lord, Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Kobacker House, Columbus, OH.
Danny was born September 22, 1946, to the late Clarence H. and Mattie Pearl Kelley Shamblin. He was a Roofer by trade, he loved fishing and hunting, belonged to National Riffle Assoc., American Kennel Club, and formerly worked for Buckeye Steel in Production.
Danny is survived by four sons Danny Shamblin, JR, James Shamblin, Ronald Shamblin, and Roger Shamblin, siblings Elizabeth Lance, Carl Shamblin, and Mike Shanblin, 15 grand children, 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Danny was preceded in death by the love of his life his wife, Maude Ann Elizabeth (Barker) Shamblin which he cared for till her death February 4, 2011, a grandchild William Shamblin, and several sisters and brothers.
Graveside services are Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 2:30 pm at Miles Cemetery, Rutland, OH. Visitation is Saturday, November 26, 2022 from Noon to 2:00 pm at Birchfield Funeral Home, Rutland, Ohio. Online condolences @birchfieldfuneralhome.com.
